South Manchester Housing Association (Part 2)

This project was undertaken for a housing association in Manchester who were looking to have some great CGI imagery to help market their new build homes on a brand new housing estate they were creating. This was a complete project not only focusing on exterior architectural visuals but also including 3D interior visualisations to help make the properties look homely and give them a lived in feel. The use of 3D interior visualisations is usually a key factor in creating a popular and successful housing development. By allowing potential customers / clients to see what the interior rooms (lounge, kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms, etc) could look like once populated by furniture can really help to improve the user experience and draw the view in, allowing them to visualise themselves within the rooms of the new house.

Beyond the interior visuals we created, we also generated street view scenes to showcase what the neighbourhood could look like. These street view 3D CGI scenes allow us to show the layout of the road and what different house styles are present on that road. These CGI street views are great for giving customers a quick look at the several different house types that the development has a available. Giving the customer an opportunity to choose their favourite style of house on the housing estate.

To increase the realism we have aded a variety of population elements to each exterior architectural visualisation. People walking past, cars parked on driveways, mums pushing prams, etc ; all of these additional post production elements transform the CGI imagery making these new streets look busy, popular and help to entice potential buyers.

More of the exterior architectural visualisations of this project can be seen here.
