One of our clients commissioned a selection of exterior visualisations for a small property development based in Cheshire. Initially the client requested over 10 exterior visualisations, showing 2 front views and a rear view of each housing plot. Although this was not an issue for us, we recommended that this be reduced down to just one front view and a siteplan to give an overall look at the plots.

Our client took our advice and saved themselves over 40% of the initial quote fee. The results were some nice CGI shots of the properties, showing high levels of detail. Due to changes on the specification some additional camera angles were also rendered out, to provide the best possible view of the houses. Also due to the unusual shape of the development we produced 2 aerial site plan images.
