OUR VISUALISATION APPROACH
Our architectural visualisation approach for NOVA focused on accurately communicating the development’s scale, connectivity and commercial viability through photoreal exterior CGI and dynamic motion-tracked footage. As a specialist architectural visualisation studio, we utilised advanced 3D rendering techniques to showcase the scheme’s key attributes — from building massing and façade treatment to landscaping, road infrastructure and wider site context.
The exterior CGIs were crafted using high-resolution aerial photography and precise terrain modelling, enabling us to position the new industrial units authentically within the Derbyshire landscape. Lighting, environmental conditions and camera angles were carefully controlled to highlight access routes, operational zones, parking areas and the impressive scale of the proposed buildings. Reflective materials, shadow behaviour and accurate texture mapping ensured that each CGI delivered both realism and architectural clarity.
The motion-tracked clip provided an additional layer of engagement, blending real-world footage with CGI integration to show how the development will appear from key approach routes.
