As part of a large project for a local authority client we were required to produce several interior visualisations of their apartments. The client was working with an interior design consultancy to help them build a consistent style throughout all properties within the development, to help build a strong demographic to gain maximum ROI for the marketing

What this meant for us as a CGI studio is that we were not only supplied architectural drawing files and spec sheets dictating materials and fixtures & fittings, we were also given mood boards showcasing the style the client was aiming for and we were actively encouraged to give feedback to help modify the spec to produce a better final product for the marketing team to utilise. Overall this way of working was very useful and our team found that it helped to speed up the overall CGI process whilst also generating some very very impressive visualisations
