A relatively simple project, but the results are incredibly useful and succeeded in getting this project approved by planning. The client was working with the COOP group to redevelop a commercial site and add residential space above a row of shops. Very little spec was available as the development was only in the planning phase, However our team utilised a photo of the existing building, matched up cameras angles and added a new section to create a first floor.

above we have the “after” CGI shot that places the additional floor onto the existing building. And below we have the original image. The ability to simply show how the redevelopment will transform the building was more than enough to gain planning permission.
