This internal CGI was created for the first phase marketing phase of a Fever Developments site in Bramhall. The property development was named Mulberry Park and would consist of 4 large luxury private dwellings. The layout for each was the same, making the marketing phase easy. 1 large panoramic shot of the rear living area (kitchen, diner, lounge) with a view out to the rear garden. This single shot was one of the key focuses of the development in the early marketing phase, with the image being added to site hoardings outside the construction site, promoting the new homes to passersby.
