Blundell Crescent is a new-build residential development in Hesketh Bank, Lancashire, delivered by Redwing to provide high-quality, affordable homes in a peaceful village setting.
North Made Studio were asked to create a suite of photorealistic exterior CGI visuals and interior CGI renders that supported marketing, off-plan sales, and brochure material. Our architectural visualisation team produced detailed, accurate and welcoming imagery that showcases the character, layout and interior specification of these homes.
THE DEVELOPMENT
Blundell Crescent is a thoughtfully planned collection of bungalows and family homes located in the popular rural setting of Hesketh Bank. Our visuals were designed to reflect the warmth and tranquillity of the development while accurately conveying the architectural style, materials and landscaping proposed in the plans.
OUR VISUALISATION APPROACH
To support Redwing’s marketing strategy, North Made Studio created a full suite of architectural CGI covering both the external streetscape and the interior look and feel of the homes. Using detailed architectural drawings and material schedules, our team produced photorealistic 3D rendering that presents Blundell Crescent in the most authentic and engaging way possible.
For the exterior CGI, we focused on capturing the welcoming suburban character of the development—clean streets, soft landscaping, and attractive brick façades. By matching accurate sun angles and natural daylight conditions, the visuals communicate a lived-in, community-oriented atmosphere that supports off-plan decision-making.
Internally, our CGI renders showcase key living spaces including the lounge, kitchen–diner, bedroom and bathroom layouts. Styling, lighting and material detailing were carefully developed to reflect Redwing’s intended specification and to create imagery that feels warm, modern and aspirational. Our photorealistic approach helps potential buyers understand spatial proportions, interior flow and the quality of finishes long before construction is complete.
Throughout the project we applied best practices in architectural visualisation, ensuring consistency across all renders. This included realistic textures, soft natural lighting, refined camera composition and precise representation of fixtures, furnishings and décor.
The final visuals were optimised for website use, brochures and digital marketing, supporting Redwing’s promotional efforts with compelling, accurate and high-impact imagery.
