Appointed by Elite Realty Invest, we produced the complete CGI suite for both exteriors and interiors, as well as a fully navigable VR tour to support marketing, sales and investor engagement. Our visuals helped convey the development’s modern design, high-quality specifications and prime location just minutes from the River Thames and Gravesend Station.
The Development

Our Visualisation Approach
Our visualisation strategy for Thames Grove aimed to capture the development’s clean architectural form and its contemporary interior aesthetic.
Exterior CGIs
Working from architectural drawings, finishes schedules and final specification details, we produced exterior CGIs that faithfully represented the building’s brick and panel façade, window rhythm and modernised entrance sequence. These visuals were designed to reflect the development’s position within Gravesend and highlight its proximity to local amenities and transport links.
Interior CGIs
For the interiors, we focused on portraying the bright, open-plan living spaces — spaces defined by quality materials and considered layouts. Our CGIs showcased two-tone kitchen cabinetry, cracked marble-effect worktops, oak-effect LVT flooring and the soft, serene bathroom palette featuring Porcelanosa Carrara Blanco and Bottega White tiles. By carefully crafting lighting, styling and material realism, we ensured that each visual communicated both the calm atmosphere and the practicality of everyday living in the apartments.
VR Tour
The VR tour expanded this visual experience into an immersive digital format. This allowed prospective buyers to move fluidly through apartments, appreciate spatial organisation and experience finishes up close—an essential asset for off-plan sales. We optimised lighting and navigation to maintain accuracy across devices, creating a highly intuitive and engaging tool that supported both buyers and the client’s marketing team.
