The Meadows is a premium residential development by Alderley Homes, located in the sought-after village of Langho, Lancashire.
Appointed as the visualisation studio for the scheme, we delivered a complete suite of exterior CGI and interior CGI visualisations across all eight plots. In addition, we produced an immersive VR tour of each house type and a cinematic animation journeying through the development and into the property.
Our work supported sales, marketing and buyer engagement by bringing the development to life well ahead of completion.
The Development
The Meadows is an exclusive collection of eight contemporary family homes set within the rural surroundings of Langho, a desirable Lancashire village known for its countryside setting and strong commuter links. Developed by Alderley Homes, the scheme offers a refined balance between traditional village character and modern architectural design.
The development includes a variety of house types, each designed to maximise space, natural light and connection to the surrounding landscape. Generous open-plan kitchens, dining and living spaces form the heart of each home, complemented by high-quality finishes, private gardens and carefully considered layouts tailored to modern family living. Particular emphasis has been placed on material quality, proportion and flow — creating homes that feel both elegant and practical.

Our Visualisation Approach
Our architectural visualisation approach for The Meadows focused on delivering a cohesive, high-end presentation across every touchpoint — from exterior CGI through to interior CGI, VR and animation. We worked closely with Alderley Homes to ensure the visuals accurately reflected both the design intent and the lifestyle aspirations of the development.
Exterior architectural CGI was produced to showcase the development’s massing, materials and relationship with the surrounding Langho landscape. Careful attention was paid to lighting, seasonal context and realism, allowing prospective buyers to clearly understand how the homes sit within the site and wider village setting.
For the interiors, we delivered full interior CGI and interior design visualisation across all eight plots. This included developing a consistent yet flexible interior style that aligned with Alderley Homes’ brand while allowing each house type to feel distinct. Our interior CGIs focused on natural light, warm material palettes and furniture layouts that communicated scale, comfort and everyday liveability.
To further enhance buyer engagement, we created an immersive VR tour of each plot. This allowed users to experience the homes at full scale, understand spatial flow and explore finishes interactively.

Complementing these CGIs and VR Tours, we produced a cinematic architectural animation that journeys through the exterior of the development before transitioning seamlessly into the interior of The Alder — combining architectural CGI and motion design to deliver a compelling sales and marketing asset.
Together, the CGI, VR and animation formed a complete visual toolkit, strengthening the development’s marketing and supporting confident off-plan purchasing decisions.
