North Made Studio produced high-quality architectural CGI for the entire development, along with a cinematic animation that begins above the neighbourhood, travels through the landscaped site, and enters one of the homes to reveal its interior spaces. These visual assets were created to support marketing, off-plan sales and investor engagement by showcasing the architectural intent and lifestyle appeal with clarity and realism.

OUR VISUALISATION APPROACH
Our architectural visualisation approach for Lichfield Close centred on producing architectural CGI and animation that accurately communicate the development’s architectural quality, setting and residential lifestyle. As an established architectural visualisation studio, we collaborated closely with Esteem Homes to deliver exterior CGI that showcased the homes’ materials, elevations, landscaping and street character with photorealistic clarity.
The exterior CGI utilised 3D architectural rendering techniques to emphasise warm natural lighting, brick textures, driveway layouts, planting schemes and overall neighbourhood cohesion. These visuals support both digital and print marketing, helping buyers easily understand the scale and feel of the development.
To further strengthen engagement, we produced a cinematic architectural animation that guides viewers on a complete visual journey. Starting with an aerial overview, the animation descends into the development, moves through landscaped external areas and pathways, and finally enters one of the homes to reveal its interior spaces. This motion-driven narrative combines architectural accuracy with emotive storytelling, making it highly effective for off-plan sales, social media marketing and presentation environments.
