North Made Studio was commissioned to deliver a suite of photorealistic CGI and 3D rendering services for the Leeds City Park development. Our work helped to communicate the lifestyle, architecture and investment potential of this landmark residential development in the heart of Leeds.
THE DEVELOPMENT
Aire Gardens is a high-quality residential development situated within Leeds City Park, part of the wider South Bank regeneration—one of the largest city centre transformation projects in Europe. The scheme comprises 98 boutique apartments, offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes designed for modern urban living.
Positioned just a short walk from Leeds Railway Station, the development benefits from exceptional connectivity, with direct links to major UK cities including London and Manchester. Residents are also within easy reach of Leeds’ vibrant retail, cultural and business districts, making it an attractive proposition for both owner-occupiers and investors.
The scheme is set within a tranquil, landscaped environment, surrounded by tree-lined gardens and natural green spaces, reflecting the wider vision of the Leeds South Bank masterplan. This includes the creation of Aire Park, a major new city centre park that will redefine the area as a mixed-use destination combining residential, commercial and public realm.

OUR VISUALISATION APPROACH
Our approach focused on delivering high-end architectural CGI and 3D visualisation services that captured both the architectural intent and aspirational lifestyle of Aire Gardens. Working closely with the project team, we translated architectural drawings and design information into a cohesive set of photorealistic CGI visuals that support marketing and sales at every stage.
For the exterior CGIs, we carefully considered the building’s relationship with its surrounding context—positioning the development within the evolving Leeds skyline while emphasising its proximity to green spaces and public realm. Lighting, atmosphere and material detailing were key, ensuring each 3D rendering felt authentic, inviting and aligned with the premium nature of the scheme.
Internally, our interior CGI visuals were designed to communicate space, layout and finish in a way that resonates with prospective buyers. Using soft natural lighting, warm material palettes and carefully curated styling, we created imagery that reflects modern city living while maintaining a broad market appeal. We also placed a strong emphasis on storytelling—ensuring each visual contributes to a wider narrative of lifestyle, connectivity and investment opportunity.
