&Soul is a design-led workspace concept located on Cheshire Street in Shoreditch, London.
North Made Studio produced a series of high-end interior CGI for the entrance, ground floor office and mezzanine level. Through detailed 3D architectural rendering, we captured the project’s warm terracotta palette, exposed concrete ceiling and contemporary industrial aesthetic — delivering photoreal interior visualisation that supports leasing and brand positioning prior to completion.
&SOUL SHORDITCH
&Soul Cheshire Street is a contemporary flexible workspace defined by bold materiality and an industrial-inspired interior language. The design combines exposed concrete ceilings, visible service runs and feature lighting with a rich, earthy colour palette that creates warmth within the open-plan environment.
The entrance space establishes a strong sense of arrival through double-height volume, sculptural pendant lighting and carefully framed sightlines into the office areas beyond. The ground floor integrates informal breakout seating, kitchen facilities and workstations within a cohesive visual scheme, while the mezzanine level introduces layered perspectives and collaborative zones that enhance spatial depth.
The interior design balances industrial character with comfort — pairing textured finishes, soft furnishings and planting with clean architectural lines. The result is a workspace environment that feels creative, contemporary and refined — aligned with Shoreditch’s dynamic commercial identity.
OUR VISUALISATION APPROACH
Our architectural visualisation approach for &Soul focused on delivering interior CGI that accurately reflects both material authenticity and spatial atmosphere. Using advanced 3D architectural rendering techniques, we translated architectural drawings and design intent into photoreal interior environments that emphasise scale, texture and lighting behaviour.
For the entrance visual, we accentuated the double-height volume, feature pendant lighting and vertical planting elements to reinforce a strong sense of arrival. Careful calibration of warm indirect lighting and exposed ceiling services enhances realism while maintaining the intended industrial aesthetic.
The ground floor office CGI was developed to illustrate the relationship between collaborative seating, kitchenette facilities and workstation zones. We paid particular attention to material contrast — terracotta walls, black metal framing, textured concrete ceilings and light-toned flooring — to ensure the architectural CGI accurately conveys the depth and richness of the interior design.
The mezzanine visual extends this narrative, highlighting layered sightlines, herringbone flooring and integrated lighting. Subtle shadowing and accurate light falloff were applied to enhance depth perception and support commercial marketing use.
By combining architectural CGI and interior visualisation with precise material rendering, we created a cohesive visual set that communicates &Soul’s brand identity and spatial quality with clarity and impact.
