Masterplanning visualisations are becoming one of our fortes at North Made Studio. Often we are tasked with creating a large scale visualisation with minimal information. Sometimes we have architectural drawings to refer to, sometimes just some reference imagery, sometimes just a hurried sketch. Each time we create something outstanding that illustrates what the proposed development area can be transformed into which proves invaluable for planning discussions and bids.

Most masterplans we work on include over a dozen different buildings and all require an element of story-telling. The masterplan visuals are needed to tell the tale of what can be done to regenerate an area, bring the space to life with new architecture, updates to existing buildings and almost always a bustling social environment that depicts people from all walks of life, intermingling and using the space.
