Our Visualisation Approach

At North Made Studio we believe that the story of a development should be told before the first brick is laid. For VIVERE Residences we adopted a multi-layered visualisation strategy:

High-fidelity CGIs — photorealistic exterior and interior renders that showcase the architecture, penthouse terraces, amenity spaces and neighbourhood context. These images helped Forshaw present the project to investors, planning committees and early buyers with clarity and confidence.

Animated Walkthrough / Video — a dynamic animated fly-through combining exterior context (Cornbrook neighbourhood, transport links) with interior spaces (apartments, gym, co-working, leisure). The animation gave a compelling narrative about lifestyle and living experience: from arriving at Cornbrook to enjoying the building’s amenities.

We collaborated closely with the developer’s design and sales teams to ensure all visual elements matched the architectural drawings, materials palette and branding guidelines. The result: a cohesive, immersive, and market-ready visual asset suite that supports marketing, sales, and stakeholder communication.
