North Made were commissioned to work alongside Heaton Groups in-house marketing and design team to produce a set of interior, exterior visuals and an animation. 

The interior visuals consist of a selection of well designed and composed interiors, highlighting the key facilities on offer, giving the viewer a glimpse into their wonderful lifestyle they could expect. 

The exterior visuals mainly focus on the facilities Berkeley square has on tap, such as roof top gardens, co-working space, on-site cafe and concierge services. 

The animation we produced is an extensive and dynamic flythrough, expertly blended with full CGI content and professional drone footage illustrating the development in situ but also bringing it all to life, with the aid of highly realistic 3d people, expertly fine tuned to show the intended demographic.
