The development consists of 85 stunningly unique converted apartments, oozing character and charm, ideal for the discerning investor.

North Made produced a vast range of content, consisting of external CGIs, interior CGIs. 360 VR hotspot tour, a swanky marketing brochure and a promotional video, highlighting the key features and local amenities on offer.

Spinning Mill is much more than your typical development, it’s a truly unique grade II listed mill conversion bursting with modern upgrades and features. All 85 units have been tastefully converted with plenty of original features remaining. Each apartment consists of sky-high arched ceilings, exposed beams and large windows flooding rooms with copious amounts of natural light.

The mill is made from a traditional red brick. As it’s over 100 years old, the mill has gone through extensive repair works. The entire mill has had a chemical scrub and repointing ensuring the building will withstand another 100 years.

The styling is a traditional mill, sharp long vertical lines, made from a simple but solid brick construction – simply made to last.
