Heaton group are custodians of heritage and character, preserving the best of local icons while providing the kind of urbane habitats that are made for lifestyle living.
North Made Studio were approached by Heaton Group to produce a set of marketing content to help publicise another exciting scheme in the stockport region called Milliners House. The development is essentially a new build red brick development consisting of 22 one bedroom apartments situated at the doorstep of Stockport Town Centre.
Milliners House is situated within a creative hub nestled away on the picturesque cobble streets of Stockport, accompanied by bustling artisanal and independent shops.
The development consists of 22 one bedroom apartments with a selection of coffee shops and artisanal vendors situated on the ground floor offering an additional layer of charm to the cobbled back streets of Stockport.
North Made Studio produced a set of CGI’s, interiors and exteriors. Our exterior visual involved a site visit which then was cleaned up using our post production software and then intricately overlaid our 3d model of Milliner house onto it. This is also called a Photomontage.
As for the interiors, Heaton Group supplied a set of mood boards to help assist with the interior CGIs. This process involved a range of meetings with their in-house interior designers and our team of visualisers. The whole process took less than 2 weeks and North Made were able to supply a set of well polished visuals ready for marketing.
Milliners House is not your typical development. Heaton group take great pride in ensuring the development fits in with it;s local surroundings, and Milliners House is no exception. The building has been designed with Stockport’s heritage and industrial past in mind. Simple and effective construction with sharp lines gives it an edgy appearance that fits in well.
Milliners House has been constructed with a combination of modern and tried & tested construction methods. The main material is a simple red brick, accompanied by a band of soldier course brick to help break up the external facade.
The top floor of Milliners House consists of a roof terrace giving extensive 360 views of Stockport and the peak district in the distance. A truly unique feature
Milliners House consists of 22 one bedroom apartments which only means, it has been designed with a particular demographic in mind – young professional singles and couples who are wanting to experience city centre living but not essentially wanting to be surrounded by a 24/7 hustle and bustle of the likes of Manchester City Centre. Milliners House gives the user an opportunity to experience a bit of both but without the inflated price tag of Manchester City Centre living.
