NC Developments are a property development company based in Irlam/Cadishead.
Their aim is to improve the local area through acquisition and development of land an property.
One of several ongoing developments they have in the local area is Hollingreave Farm.
Located in the Rixton area of Cheshire, the property development has an agricultural setting, offering excellent views of the surrounding countryside. The development was to replace an existing barn with a selection of mews style homes. Each new home would feature a large garden and benefit from a gated entrance and communal parking area. A central courtyard runs through the development, creating a small community for the residents.
North Made Studio we tasked with creating the core visual marketing content for the development. A hero shot was produced, featuring the whole development placed in situ on drone footage of the location. Doing this helped to convey to viewers how the development will benefit from the views of the surrounding countryside. The aerial shot also allows key features of the development to be explored in a single image. The large communal parking area, the gated entrance, the courtyard, large gardens, etc, all of these major features are visible in high detail.
At ground level a courtyard visual was created to explain to viewers how the development set out.
The Hollingreave Farm development was aimed at a mid-level luxury demographic, to capture the attraction of this market a certain level of fixtures and fitting were a principle feature of the properties. To allow these to be communicated a selection of strong interior visualisations were created. The living spaces are open plan, linking lounge to dining area and kitchen via a double-sided fireplace.
Quality fixtures ad fitting are shown throughout, with a high-end fitted kitchen becoming a showpiece of the living area. The bedrooms feature fitted furniture and an interior design that oozes quality.
Our core deliverables of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are all featured within the project deliverables. Allowing viewers to experience the levels of luxury that the development would offer.
Externally a gated entrance leads to a spacious gravel laid parking area, providing an element of grandeur for owners and visitors. The mews homes are a mix of brick and timber cladding and sit well within the agricultural setting of the location.
The property development offers so much that it has the ability to attract several different demographics, from young professionals, to small families and even older couples. The design and price-point of the homes attracts buyers away from the traditional cookie cutters houses offered by larger house-builders. Offering more style, space and countryside views.
