Genesis Homes is a housing developer situated in the Lancashire/Cumbria region.
The company was formed out of the desire to build luxurious homes that simply ‘work’.
The project consisted of producing a set of visuals and animation content to help market their properties dotted across the Lancashire region.
North Made produced visuals for several sites, Calthwaite (situated in Penrith), Hackthorpe (situated in Penrith) and Stainburn (situated in Workington).
Hackthorpe is a charming village located on the A6 toad and just south of the lowther and only a short distance from the market town of Penrith. Hackthorpe development consists of 25 homes with a mix of 2 3 4 and 5 bedroom houses. The site benefits from stunning views of the pennines. Our job as a CGI studio was to capture this within our visuals, and as a collective, we believe we did just that.
Calthwaite is a unique site consisting of 16 properties with a mix of 2-5 bedroom houses. What makes this site even more unique is the fact each house is zero emitting EcoGen homes. Essentially making each house net zero carbon, low cost to run and ready to run smart home technology.
Stainburn comprises 81 stylish properties situated within a hugely desirable area, and incorporating high specifications and finish. The site is located north-eastern edge of stainburn, approx 1.5 miles from workington allowing easy access to shops and amenities.
North Made Studio produced a mix set of computer generated content for genesis homes. We produced interiors to illustrate the high specification on offer, exteriors to showcase the lush Lancashire county and an animation flythrough. Our interiors were produced in conjunction with our interior designer who headed our interior 3d artists. Our exterior content was produced by our senior visualiser who is also a qualified architect who has extensive experience working on large scale projects all around the world.
We produced a marketing animation of one of their house types – Gelt. This was to help home buyers learn more about the house, the level of finish they would receive.
Genesis Homes properties ooze tons of unique features. One stand out feature is the eco-credential and future proof properties they have. Each house is zero net carbon and smart home technology compatible, helping homeowners to keep their bills down but also minimise their carbon footprint.
Genesis Homes are typically traditionally styled properties. Each room is individual, giving people the extra privacy and space to relax and enjoy.
